recommended wines to drink with desserts

The sweets have a very strong component of sugar that doesn’t makes easy any match with wines.
Serve the desserts with a sweet dessert wine, never drink a dry wine with them!
A red wine is good for chocolate  but  if you are eating some Frittelle
 wine has to  be Bubbly and Italianwith Muscat or Malvasia
So let’s go with sparkling wines, Malvasia, Brachetto, a Passito or a Moscato di Pantelleria.
